Salon Policies
At Vive Organic Hair Salon, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To provide the best possible experience for every guest, we kindly ask that all clients review and follow the salon policies below. By booking an appointment with Vive Organic Hair Salon, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment change.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Missed appointments, also known as no-shows, may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
By booking an appointment, you agree that the card on file may be charged according to this policy.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that things happen. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to adjust your service, shorten your appointment, or reschedule your appointment for another day.
Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to our cancellation policy.
Parking & Arrival Notice
Vive Organic Hair Salon does not provide, manage, or validate parking. Street parking may be available nearby, and valet parking may be available in the area; however, these parking options are independently operated and are not affiliated with the salon.
Guests are responsible for any parking fees, citations, towing, or related parking matters. Please allow extra time for parking before your appointment, as late arrivals may still be subject to our Late Arrival Policy.
Deposit Policy
Some services, including extensions, color corrections, smoothing treatments, straightening treatments, and large transformation services, may require a deposit to reserve the appointment.
Deposits are applied toward the final service total. Deposits may be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if the guest does not arrive for the scheduled appointment.
New Client Credit Card Policy
All new clients are required to place a valid credit card on file at the time of booking.
Your card is used to reserve your appointment and will not be charged unless you authorize payment or in accordance with our cancellation, late arrival, missed appointment, deposit, or unpaid balance policy.
Pricing, Timing, and Service Estimates
Service pricing and timing may vary based on hair length, hair density, hair history, product usage, additional treatments, and the final service plan recommended by your stylist.
Prices listed online or quoted before an appointment are estimates unless otherwise confirmed after an in-person consultation. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual service performed.
Services, pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Consultation and Service Results
Our stylists will always do their best to understand your goals and recommend services that support the health and integrity of your hair and scalp.
Please note that individual results may vary based on hair history, condition, previous color or chemical services, home care, product use, and other factors. Certain results may require multiple appointments to achieve safely.
Service Refusal and Salon Safety Policy
At Vive Organic Hair Salon, our priority is to provide a safe, respectful, and relaxing experience for every guest and every member of our team.
We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, modify, or reschedule a service when we believe the service cannot be performed safely, when the requested result is not suitable for the health or integrity of the hair or scalp, when salon policies are not followed, or when behavior is disrespectful, threatening, harassing, or disruptive.
All service decisions are made in accordance with applicable laws and are never based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, age, marital status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
Online Booking
Online booking is provided through Meevo. Appointment availability, service selection, pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, and appointment confirmations may be managed through Meevo and are subject to Vive Organic Hair Salon’s policies.
